The Bible is a testimony! Divided into two parts, Old Testament and New Testament. The Bible is based on the life of Jesus Christ! The power of your testimony will change the world around you! It is the means of becoming an overcomer.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto death. Revelation 12:11
The church grew because of the testimonies of the people, lives being changed! The people met together and worshipped, prayed, shared, ministered, and many miracles came forth in those meetings (Acts 2 and 4).
Think about this:
And Jesus went about Galilee teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing all manner of sickness and disease among the people. Matthew 4:23
There it is! That is what we are to do! This will change the world! This will rock the Nations! It did it then and it does it now! This is simple! Believe! It is Kingdom!
Do what Jesus said to do.
As you go, preach saying the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils, freely you have received, freely give. Matthew 10:7-8
It’s a promise: Believe!
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do, shall be done also, and greater works than these shall he do, because I go unto my Father. John 14:12
You do not have to believe in yourself, believe in Jesus and what He did! How? Through the power of the Holy Spirit!
He lives in me!
But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you! Romans 8:11
To Another!
For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same spirit; To another faith by the same spirit; to another gifts of healing by the same spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another diverse kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues. But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 1 Corinthians 12:8-11
All the gifts are given by the Holy Spirit to several people in the meeting!
Some, if not all of these, should be present in our gatherings today. So, it is very simple to bring the harvest. Recognize the move of the Spirit, don’t just move to the next thing on the order of worship! Trust the Holy Spirit! Let Him distribute the gifts! Flow in the Signs, Wonders and Miracles in your meetings! God Bless each and everyone of you!
Divine Connections
It all began when I met Pastor Tommy in 1988 in Edinburg, Texas. I went to a youth rally at the church we had just become a part of. Jan and I love youth because “youth love truth!” As a youth pastor of over 200 youth in the Houston area my interest was what is available down here in the RGV. Wow, what a meeting it was! As Pastor Tommy ministered in the power of the Holy Spirit the youth got saved, healed, delivered, and filled with the Holy Spirit and they were slain in the Spirit. I had never seen this in any service and especially a youth service. I was immediately hooked and became the youth pastor at this church. That began the next 20 years of learning from Pastor Tommy and Rachel Burchfield.
Youth saved, lives changed, church, family, leadership all connected by excellence! Yes, Yes, and Yes. Friend to the local church, friend to the youth pastors and workers, interns to America, World changers, Texas Bible Institute, Volleyball, Tug of War, WHOOP, WHOOP!
